Research on Vehicle Scheduling Problem of Multi Warehouse Collaborative Distribution and Its Application

In the modern society with highly developed logistics, while paying attention to structural and functional strategic layout global scale services, it is also our ultimate goal pursue efficient transportation / high-quality logistics reduce costs CO2 emissions. This paper proposes a new concept of multi warehouse collaborative distribution Vehicle Dispatching Problem (VDP/MD) its customization, provides solver for complex scenarios in real problems. Aiming at VDP/MD problem, an enhanced computing model hierarchical multiple structure introduced, which calledHIMS++computing model. It consists three layers: atomic layer fluctuation area system regulation cost, molecular formation stable state, individual optimization decision scheduling plan. TheHIMS++model constructed by using object-oriented programming software components; The algorithm realized heuristic probability exploration fuzzy decision-making method. experiment was carried out 3-day order data obtained from actual dispatching center Tokyo Metropolitan Area, has 27 oil tank vehicles (including 2 types). proved that theHIMS++model more accurate (10% improvement) faster (12 times) than results given experts.HIMS++model convenient tool solve combination problem (multi parameter, constraint multi-objective problem), study introduces novel solution digital support scheduling.
